Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) bludgeoning damage. White Secret Technique: Chikamatsu Collection of Ten (2 Chakra). Chiyo summons one of her puppets up to a maximum of 10. It can use the statistics of the Chikamatsu Collection of Ten or Mother and Father. Mystic Palm Jutsu. One creature within 60 feet regains 3 (1d6) hit points. Chiyo may do this up to 3 times as one action, but may only use it a total of 21 times. Chiyo regains all uses at the end of a long rest. One's Own Life Reincarnation (45 Chakra). Chiyo resurrects a creature that has been dead for no longer than 72 hours. Chiyo may forgo this jutsu's chakra cost in exchange for dying instantly.
