Components:	V, S, M (a twig from a tree hit by lightning)
Duration:	Instantaneous

You create a bolt of lightning in your hand, similar in shape to a spear and hurl it at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 6d10 lightning damage, and is stunned until the start of its next turn. Creatures with the dragon type have vulnerability to lightning damage from this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for every slot level above 3rd.
