Large giant (lynel), chaotic evil Armor Class 17 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Str +13, Dex +10, Con +13, Wis +11 Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the lynel hits with it (included in the attack). Evil Aura. Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the lynel must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, or become frightened until the start of its next turn. If a creature has succeeded on this saving throw once within the past 8 hours, it has advantage when making this saving throw again. Innate Spellcasting. The lynel's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 19, +11 to hit with spell attacks). The lynel can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Magic Weapons. The lynel's weapon attacks are magical. Magic Resistance. The lynel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. ACTIONSMultiattack. The lynel makes three attacks. Lynel Crusher. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 29 (5d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage. Lynel Bow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d12 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) lightning damage from magical arrows. Invoke Flame (Recharge 5-6). The lynel does one of the following:

Source See Lynel (5e Creature). With pale silver fur, a gray mane, and violet accents, the exceedingly rare silver lynel almost looks like an albino of its kind. This belies its true might. One of these creatures has been thoroughly bathed in empowering dark magic, usually the result of a direct blessing from Ganon himself. This evil aura is so overwhelming that those who draw near it begin to feel fear. |
Variant: Sword and Shield
This variant of silver lynel wields a shield and longsword in lieu of a club and bow. Its AC increases to 19. It loses the Lynel Crusher and Lynel Bow actions, which are replaced with the following:
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) slashing damage, or 23 (3d10 + 5) slashing damage if used with two hands.
