You raise your arms and channel the power of the occult to haphazardly mend a creature's wounds, with risk of injury. Target a humanoid within range. It regains 1d4 Hit Points and makes a Constitution saving throw (your spell save DC). On a failed save, the target takes 1d10 necrotic damage.
