You conjure a storm of green lightning from above the point you choose within range, bolts that slam into anyone beneath the green lightning storm, crackling bolts of energy that rip through armor and flesh alike. All creatures in a 15-foot radius centered on the point must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target takes 2d6 lightning damage and 1d6 force damage, on a success they take only half this damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you deal 1d6 more force damage per spell slot level above 2nd.
