You grab the wrist of your dominant hand with your other one. You then speak a phrase of force as you target a creature in range that you can see. The target then makes a Strength saving throw. On a success, it is pushed 5 feet directly away from you, and on a failure it is pushed up to 40 feet directly away from you. Any sizable or damaging object in the creature's path halts this movement prematurely, and the creature takes falling damage equal to the distance traveled.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd or higher, add 10 feet to the range of the spell, and to the distance the target is pushed if it fails the save.
