Hey is it okay if I add and change things on this page? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by trueisacc (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts.

That's the entire point of a wiki, just make sure that the changes and additions you make are sensible. — Geodude Chatmod.png (talk | contribs | email)‎‎ . . 13:48, 19 July 2020 (MDT)

If I did want to make changes and additions that could be considered more than the creator of the character intended, how would I do it while still keeping true to the rules of the d&d homebrew wiki?

I'm very sorry, I forgot to put my signature again so this message is to make up for that, sorry.--Trueisacc (talk) 09:46, 21 July 2020 (MDT)

I can't seem to figure out which revision it was and there have been so many it's hard to flip through, but honestly I preferred the version with the shade and the nail upgrades? I feel like there's too much game related abilities that have been completely removed. If I'm doing a hollow knight dnd based on the actual game it would get really difficult to keep up without those things.

In the current version, the Shade is incorporated into the vessel race, and 5e already includes several magic weapons, so you can upgrade your Nail by finding out how to do so somewhere in the world rather than just by leveling up.
This version includes all 42 charms & every item found in the game, and it allows more flexibility as far as races/multiclassing goes. But if you prefer the older version you are welcome to use it. –Pimplup (talk) 03:12, 2 September 2020 (MDT)

Thank you, this is so cool![edit]

Hey I wanted to say thank you to whoever updated this page (whether it was the creator or just someone else). I'm really happy to have all of the abilities and charms instead of just the select few in the original version. (I was actually brainstorming ideas myself before I noticed it had been updated to include everything) So thank you very much, you are a legend! I haven't read the whole thing, so if I could pitch some ideas that I brainstormed that aren't already in there (again thank you so much!), Then would you possibly be willing to listen? --Trueisacc (talk) 21:12, 21 February 2021 (MST)

Well, no one can really stop you. If you think you could improve the page by doing so, go right ahead. --SwankyPants (talk) 21:21, 21 February 2021 (MST)

Oh yeah, I guess I can, sorry still got to get used to all of how this wiki works. But at the same time, I kind of want to collaborate with the creator of this specific version of the class/race, so then we can create one big complete, definitive page, and also I don't want to add stuff, just to have it taken down (I'm not that great at creating balance, I have great ideas, at least I think I do, but not the best skills on determining how to integrate them into the game, but I am practicing on it.) I just kind of want to collaborate with the creator of this so that I don't have to make my own page or put stuff into here just to have it taken down. --Trueisacc (talk) 23:24, 21 February 2021 (MST)

Well, the creator hasn't edited the page in years, so I'm not too sure on how that works out. I'd get in contact with User:Pimplup, they seem to be taking charge of most of the recent edits. --SwankyPants (talk) 23:32, 21 February 2021 (MST)

Oh yeah, haha I was referring to User:Pimplup when I was talking about all of that, sorry for the confusion--Trueisacc (talk) 23:35, 21 February 2021 (MST)

is it just me or is this class op as hell? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by ApocalypseArisen (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts.
