This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Ki. Buu has 56 ki points which he can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Damage Threshold. Buu has a damage threshold of 12.

Font of Magic. Buu has 2 sorcery points which he may spend to regain one 1st level spell slot.

Rubber-Gum Body/Childlike Wonder. Buu has the following:

  • He has +10 feet of reach (included in unarmed strike).
  • He has advantage on saving throws against being Poisoned.
  • He has advantage on saving throws against being Frightened, as he doesn't fully comprehend fear.

Super Majin. Buu always has Super Majin in his list and currently active, which with its requirements counts as six techniques for his technique list, and as such he gains the following:

  • His Strength, Dexterity and Constitution increase by +12. As such, his Ac increases by +12, the bonus to hit for his Unarmed Strikes and bonus to damage for these attacks increase by +6, his maximum hit points increase by six times his CR, his maximum ki points increase by 6, and his movement speed by 60 feet (all of which are already included in the sheet).
  • His damage reduction increases by his constitution modifier (19)
  • The cost to use the Absorption technique is halved.
  • He has a space similar to a bag of holding within his body where he can store things by inserting them into his body and absorbing them. He can pull things out of the space by thinking on what he wants to take out and manipulating his body to pull it out.
  • He always has the Regenerate Technique prepared for free even if he doesn't have it. Additionally, any effect that would instantly kill him if it reduces him to 0 hit points, no longer does so as long as he spends 5 ki points in that instance.
  • Ki Charge grants twice as much ki.
  • He regains 1 ki at the end of each of his turns.
  • He regains hit points equal to half his constitution modifier (9) at the end of each of his turns.

Absorption. Buu always has absorption in his list which counts as two techniques for his technique list and currently has the following creatures absorbed granting him their features and +2 to their two highest stats (included in sheet):

Magical Fortitude. When Buu benefits from the effects of the dodge action or stand ground technique, he can spend 1 hitdie, adding his constitution modifier to the roll and regaining hit points equal to the total.

Bubble Nimble. Buu may spend 2 ki points when he makes an athletics or dexterity check to gain advantage on the roll (Speed increased by 5, included in sheet).

Tough/Enduring Physique. Buu has the following:

  • He has 148 extra hit points.
  • Whenever he regain hit points by spending hit dice the result is doubled.
  • He has advantage on saving throws against exhaustion and its effects.

Ki Imbued Body. Buu counts as one size larger when determining his carrying capacity and the weight he can push, drag, or lift.

Lasting Form/Weather Resistant/Honed Body and Mind. All the following are multiplied by two for Buu:

  • Maximum time for holding his breath
  • Maximum time for suffocating without dropping to 0 hit points.
  • Maximum time going without food and water.
  • Time to gain exhaustion from food and water deprivation.
  • Temperatures maximum high or low for him to suffer from extreme heat or cold.
  • Time to suffer exhaustion from said temperatures.
  • Number of levels of exhaustion, gradual blindness, deafness, and numbness required for each effect.
  • His maximum age.

Inherent Magic. Buu's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20) he can innately cast the following spells.

At will: prestidigitation, resistance, friends, thunderclap, eldritch blast
5/day each: catnap, haste, bless, enlarge/reduce
6/day: bane

Spellcasting. Buu is a 2nd-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). He knows the following spells:

Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, gust, lightning lure, mage hand
1st level (3 slots): sleep, shield, absorb elements

Buu can convert an equivalent amount of ki into into spell slots for the spellcasting feature or vice versa.

Wild Magic Surge. When Buu casts a 1st level or higher spell, they must roll a d20, on a 1. Roll on the Wild Magic Surge table to create a magical effect. If that effect is a spell, it is too wild to be affected by Metamagic, and if it normally requires concentration, it doesn't require concentration in this case; the spell lasts for its full duration.

Tides of Chaos (1/Day). When Buu makes an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, he can make it with advantage, he regains a use of this feature if subjected to a magic surge table roll.

Brawn/Endurance. Buu is targeted by an area effect that lets him make a Strength or Constitution saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails the save.

Unarmored Movement. Buu can move along vertical surfaces and across liquids on his turn without falling during the move.

Limit Break (1/Day). When Buu drops to 0 hit points, he may take a turn immediately before falling unconcious.

Enhanced Charging. Buu has techniques labeled 'Charging' when Buu charges or begins charging any of those techniques he may add 2d12 to the damage each round it's charged, additionally, he may spend the technique's base cost an additional time to consider it already charged for one round, he may do this up to three times per turn, if such a technique has a charging time of half a round, it doesn't gain his attack modifier to damage per round considered charged in this way.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Buu makes five attacks with its unarmed strikes or ki blasts.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +23 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (2d12 + 12) force damage.

Ki Charge. As a full turn action Buu regains 13 (2d12) Ki points.

Elongate Limb. As a bonus action Buu increases his reach by 10 feet until he uses a bonus action to return it to its normal length, while his limbs are elongated, he has disadvantage on any attack with a heavy weapon.

Warrior's Pride. As a free action, Buu ends one effect that is causing him to be charmed or frightened.

REACTIONS

Deflect Missile. When Buu is hit by a ranged attack, he reduces its damage by 61 (3d10 + 46). If this reduces it to 0, they may make an unarmed strike with a range of 20/60 feet.

Magic Regeneration (1+ Ki Points). When Buu is reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, he may spend a number of ki points up to the number of hit dice he has, rolling each hit dice chosen and regaining hit points equal to the result of the hit dice.

Food Transfiguration. When Buu reduces a creature to 0 hit points he may turn them into a piece of food for up to 11 hours, if Buu eats them anytime within those 11 hours they are instantly killed and Buu regains ki equal to their CR or level or twice as much hit points.

Deflect Energy. When Buu takes acid, cold, fire, lightning, force, necrotic, radiant, or thunder damage, the damage is reduced by 1d10 + his Attack bonus.
