The caster energizes themselves coating them in an ephemeral aura that lashes out when close to enemies. On activation, the user will double their movement speed, and not trigger attacks of opportunity when moving. This spell has three charges, if you pass within 10ft of a hostile creature during your movement, you expend a charge and they must make a Constitution saving throw, or take 4d8 necrotic damage or half as much on a success. You can target as many creatures as you have total charges for the duration of this spell, or expend all charges simultaneously against one creature. Additionally, reducing a creature's hit points to 0 grants one additional charge of this spell, but you may only gain this additional charge up to three times. Charges gained in this manner cannot target the same creature if they were already affected by this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, increase the damage per charge by 1d6 for every tier above 1st.
