Casting time: | 1 action |

Range: | 10 feet |
Components: | V, S |
Duration: | Concentration, up to 10 minutes |
On an unoccupied 5-foot square in range you conjure a pile of up to 10 perfectly shaped and magically enchanted snowballs. Upon casting this spell you can choose for these spells to be imbued with winter's fury.
Any creature that able to reach the pile can, as an action, pick up one of these snowballs and throw it as a ranged spell attack with a range of 120 feet. The attacker can move between picking up a snowball and throwing it. This ranged spell attack uses your casting ability, regardless of who throws the snowball. If you imbued the snowballs, a hit deals 2d4 cold damage. If you didn't, a hit target takes on a visibly blue tint for the duration of the spell, simply to make it clear that the target was hit. You can use this action as part of casting this spell.
When a snowball is picked up, at the end of the turn that snowball melts away into nothingness. This spell ends if all snowballs are used, or if the snowball pile is destroyed (5 hp, 5 ac, vulnerable to fire and bludgeoning, immune to cold and piercing).
