Range: 30 ft. line
Components: V,S,M (sandman's dust)
Duration: 1 minute

Target character within range makes a Constitution saving throw. If they fail, they suffer disadvantage on all Dexterity saves for 1 minute and their movement is halved until the start of their next turn. If they fail by 5 or more, they fall unconscious for 1 round.

Undead, constructs, and creatures immune to being charmed aren't affected by this spell.
