Skin Mimic (5e Spell)
From D&D Wiki
2nd-level Illusion | |
Casting time: | 1 action |
---|---|
Range: | 15 feet |
Components: | V, S, M (a piece of fabric, consumed as part of the spell) |
Duration: | Concentration, up to 1 Minute |
You cast off a piece of fabric, disguising it as an illusory copy of your body to a point you can see within range (appearing as if you had moved to that location), and you can become invisible until the start of your next turn, or you Attack or Cast a Spell.
This illusory copy is physical, but on touch feels like the fabric used, and continues to repeat the same behaviour you were doing before you cast the spell. The illusory copy is destroyed upon being attacked, and as an action, can be discerned as an illusion on a successful Wisdom (Perception) check.
