Chakra. Shizuka has 24 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Silent Killing. Once per turn when Shizuka has advantage on any one weapon attack roll that uses Dexterity, she may deal an additional 7 (2d6) damage.

Terrifying. While frightened of Shizuka by any means, creatures must attempt a DC 15 Charisma saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns. On a failure, they must make 1 attack of their choice against themself. This does not consume their action.

Evasion. When Shizuka is targeted by an area effect that lets her make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails the save.

Ninja Speed. Shizuka can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Shizuka makes 2 unarmed strike or kunai attacks.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d4 + 3) magical bludgeoning damage.

Kunai (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage. Shizuka may spend up to 3 chakra when she takes this action, making one additional attack per chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) piercing damage on a hit. Shizuka may spend 2 additional chakra to allow her to spend any number of chakra points on these additional attacks, but may only make 1 attack against each creature within range.

Basic Taijutsu Technique (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Shizuka makes two unarmed strikes

Leaf Gust (8 Chakra). Shizuka makes an unarmed strike against every creature within 5 feet.

Leaf Great Flash (5 Chakra). Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: The target moves 30 feet in a direction of Shizuka's choice.

Shadow of the Dancing Leaf (3 Chakra). As a bonus action, Shizuka gains the ability to move across any liquid surface— such as water, acid, mud, snow, quicksand, or lava— as if it were harmless solid ground (creatures crossing molten lava can still take damage from the heat) for 1 minute. If Shizuka casts this Jutsu while submerged in a liquid, the Jutsu carries them to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Additionally, her movement speed increases by half its total (rounded down), and attacks of opportunity against her have disadvantage.

Leaf Rock-Destroying Rise (4 Chakra). As a bonus action, Shizuka's unarmed strikes deal twice as much damage to objects, and half as much damage to creatures, until the beginning of their next turn.

Nadeshiko-Style Hardliner Gale Fist (6 Chakra). For 1 minute (concentration), Shizuka gains a +1 to bonus to her AC, and her unarmed strikes deal thunder damage, deal half as much damage on a miss, and deal an additional 5 (2d4) damage (13 (4d4 + 3) total).

Nadeshiko-Style Hardliner Revolving Cut (4 Chakra). When Shizuka makes an unarmed strike, she may move up 15 feet. Any attacks of opportunity made against her during this movement have advantage.

Nadeshiko-Style Deep Crimson Dance Performance (1 Chakra). When Shizuka makes an attack using the Shuriken Jutsu, the attack either has advantage but deals 4 piercing damage (6 if it is her first attack), deals 9 piercing damage (11 if it is her first attack), or has disadvantage but deals 13 piercing damage (15 if it is her first attack); her choice.

Nadeshiko-Style Deep Crimson Dance Performance: Second Step (1-3 Chakra). When Shizuka maximizes the damage of an attack using Nadeshiko-Style Deep Crimson Dance Performance, the attack no longer has disadvantage. Shizuka may spend 2 additional chakra to cause the attack roll to have advantage as well.

Killing Intent. Any creatures of Shizuka's choice that can see or hear her must succeed a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or become frightened of her for 1 minute. She may do this once, regaining all uses at the end of a long rest.

REACTIONS

Substitution (3+ Chakra). When Shizuka is hit by an attack and would take damage, they decrease the damage by 14 (1d10 + 9) and teleport up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which they take the Hide action. A generic object is left in their place and they take any remaining damage from that attack. Shizuka can reduce this damage by an additional 5 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost.

A powerful shinobi from Nadeshiko Village, an isolated village sitting atop three hills on the edge of the Land of Water, Shizuka was legally required to marry a student of Jiraiya due to her teacher's inability to marry him after he beat her in a fair duel, if barely, as was their laws. Despite this, she fell in love with Sagiri, a merchant from their village. However, when he died, she fell into depression, focusing solely on her training. Years later, she met Naruto Uzumaki, challenging him to carelessly fulfill her destiny. While he was in fact able to defeat her, he was also able to recognize that not only was her heart not in it, but his love was elsewhere as well. Instead, the fight made her realize that, had she fully acted on her feelings for Sagiri, things may have been different, and that ancient tradition was less important than being true to herself.
