Ryumyaku Source (Shinobi World Supplement)

Wondrous Item, Legendary Deep beneath the ancient kingdom of Roran, in the heart of the Land of Wind, flows an ancient source of chakra. This purple torrent can safely be accessed by the alter occupying the 15 ft. radius island suspended above it. As a bonus action, a creature touching the alter, or the Ryumyaku itself, gains 20 heavy chakra points. A creature that end their turn within the Ryumyaku takes 3d6 force damage. A shinobi of the Roran clan, Roran's hereditary rulers, may open or close the flow of the Ryumyaku as a bonus action for 5 chakra while touching the altar. While closed, no creature may gain chakra from the Ryumyaku. If a creature dies within the Ryumyaku, it begins to melt down. If a fuijutsu's area of effect, Five Elements Seal, Adamantine Sealing Chains, Dharma Sealing Jutsu: Sen no Ryoku, or four Gates of the Great Gods does not contain the alter within 5 minutes while it is closed, all creatures within a 150 mile radius take 200 force damage as its chakra ruptures into a massive explosion. If this seal is undone before 5 years have passed, the 5 minute timer resets.
