Evasion. When the pheasant hunter is targeted by an area effect that lets him make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, such as fireball, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails the save.

Ninja Speed. The pheasant hunter can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces.

Fire Style Being. Whenever the pheasant hunter is subjected to fire damage, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the fire damage dealt. When the pheasant hunter takes cold damage, it takes four times as much damage instead of twice as much.

Flame Composition. Creatures may move through the pheasant's space without a penalty to their movement speed, but they take 5 fire damage each time they move 5 feet or end their turn within its space.

Unliving. The pheasant hunter is not alive in its own right. One creature within 90 feet capable of using the pheasant hunter jutsu must control it until the beginning of their next turn as an action for 2 chakra. If two creatures attempt to control it, the second creature must attempt a Dexterity saving throw with a DC equal to the first creature's jutsu saving throw DC, controlling it on a success. If the pheasant hunter is not being controlled, it dies, and the last creature to control it regains 15 chakra points.

Chakra Conduit. The chakra costs of the pheasant hunter's actions must be fulfilled by the creature controlling it, and any saving throws they incur have a DC equal to their controller's jutsu saving throw DC.

Immutable Form. The pheasant hunter is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance. The pheasant hunter has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The pheasant hunter can make 3 unarmed strikes.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (5d4 + 5) fire damage.

Body Flicker (2 Chakra). The pheasant hunter's movement speed doubles, and its movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

Self Destruct (8 Chakra). Melee Spell Attack: +11 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 41 (8d8 + 5) fire damage and the target is pushed 40 ft. away from the pheasant hunter. On a miss, they take half as much damage and are moved half as far. This counts as a Constitution saving throw for the sake of Endurance. Regardless of if this hits or misses, the pheasant hunter dies.

First seen being used by Momoshiki Otsutsuki, though likely originating from one of the numerous individuals he had stolen power from in the past, the pheasant hunter is capable of facing down tailed beasts, and even momentarily hold off Naruto and Sasuke's combined power. In many ways, it can be considered one of the pinnacles of Fire Style. creature.
