Orb of Charm

After performing seductive motions, the caster fires a pink orb at a creature, attempting to cause them to be infatuated. Choose one creature within 30ft, they must succeed a Charisma saving throw, or take 3d8 psychic damage, and be considered incapacitated and charmed for the duration. The creature will spend their movement on their turn walking harmlessly toward the caster taking no actions and treating this movement as if they were under difficult terrain. Finally, the affected creature is also considered vulnerable to any damage dealt by the caster until the start of the caster's next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and suffer no additional effect.
