From D&D Wiki
Natsuhi[edit]
Medium humanoid (Human), lawful good Armor Class 17 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Con +9, Int +7 Chakra. Natsuhi has 44 chakra points which she can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Ninja Speed. Natsuhi can take the dash, dodge, and disengage actions as a bonus action, and can move along vertical surfaces. Evasion. When Natsuhi is targeted by an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, she takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. Purple Chakra. Some of Natsuhi's features grant her "purple chakra". These special chakra points are counted separately from her normal chakra. Natsuhi can use these chakra on one jutsu or spread them across multiple, and can spend these points and her own normal chakra points on the same jutsu. This chakra can extend above her chakra point maximum, and is lost at the end of a long rest. Mysterious Peacock Method. While Natsuhi has at least 7 purple chakra, she gains the following:
ACTIONSMultiattack. Natsuhi makes 3 attacks with her unarmed strike or kunai attacks. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (3d4 + 2) magical bludgeoning damage. Kunai (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage. Natsuhi may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Each additional kunai deals 3 (1d4 + 1) slashing damage. Star Training. Natsuhi reduces her maximum hit points by any number, and gains twice as many purple chakra points gained. Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Natsuhi can move across liquid surfaces as if they were solid. If she is submerged, she rises to the surface of the liquid at a rate of 60 feet per round. Transformation (1+ Chakra). Natsuhi becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object she has a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle, and she can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 15 Investigation check realize that she is transformed. If the creature saw her performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics. Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Natsuhi's movement speed doubles, and her movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Chakra Transfer Technique (1+ Chakra). One creature that Natsuhi touches gains a number of chakra points equal to this jutsu's cost. This chakra can extend above the target's maximum, and Natsuhi may grant them the ability to cast 1 jutsu that she knows until they lose any chakra she granted them, but they must spend at least 1 chakra she granted them on this jutsu. A creature may only learn 1 jutsu in this way from any single creature. The target loses 1 chakra point gained above their maximum in this way at the end of each of their turns, and all chakra gained in this way at the end of a short or long rest. Diverse Feather Transformation (5 Chakra). While Feather Manifestation is active, Natsuhi gains one of the following until Feather Manifestation ends or she uses this feature a second time:
REACTIONSSubstitution (3+ Chakra). When Natsuhi is hit by an attack and would take damage, she decreases the damage by 20 (1d10 + 15) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which she takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in her place and she takes any remaining damage from that attack. Natsuhi can reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost. |
From childhood, Natsuhi and her future husband Hotarubi underwent intense Star training in the Hidden Stars Village. As adults, the two realized how detrimental the Star's radiation had on those that tried to use its power. Not wishing for it to affect their infant son Sumaru, they attempted to steal it, but were stopped by the Third Hoshikage. After convincing him, he promised to put a stop to Star training, but was still required to banish the couple promising to protect Sumaru while they protected the village from afar. Following Akahoshi's assassination of the Third Hoshikage, Natsuhi stole the Star yet again. Using Sumaru as a hostage, he set a trap for her, killing her in the training hall, though she was able to save Sumaru. |
