Weapon (Pike), legendary (requires attunement by a creature with an Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma score of 16 or higher)

You have a +3 bonus to and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Also, you can use your Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma instead of Strength for attacks and damage rolls.

Blood Weapon Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear has a Bleed Buildup of 50. See Bleed (5e Variant Rule)

Bloodboon Ritual Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear has 3 charges and regains all charges after a short or long rest. As an action, you can expend a charge or a spell slot of level 3 or higher to release fiendish energy in a 10-foot radius sphere centred on yourself. All other creatures in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw with a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma modifier (your choice). On a failed save, a creature takes 6d12 fire damage and suffers a Bleed Buildup of 75 on a failed save. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and only 25 Bleed Buildup on a successful one. For the next three rounds after using this action (ends at the end of the attuned creature's third turn after this one), this weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage.

Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear can also be used as a spellcasting focus.
