You train rapidly, enhancing your physical capabilities in seconds. Choose two; Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution. Those scores increase by 2, to a maximum of 18, for the duration of the spell.
At Higher Levels. When cast at 6th level or higher, the bonus increases by 1 for every two levels above 4th.
