Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

These three small sized, uniquely crafted charms are made with glittery blue stone that seems to glow a bright light. Each charm has a specialized symbol on it, those symbols are a wave, a seashell, and a starfish. The star and wave charm must be paired together to work.

While wearing all three charms, the user gains the following abilities:

Freedom of the Waves The user can breathe underwater and can move up to their movement speed while submerged and you ignore any difficult terrain caused by water for one minute. You can use this once per day.

Aquatic Commune The user can communicate with any sea creature of an intelligent score of 4 for a minute. You can use this once per day.

You can use an action to activate a single charm or the star and wave paired, but its ability is weaker and lasts a shorter duration.

Charm of the Seashell and Wave The user can breathe underwater for 5 turns and the wearer gains a swimming speed of 20 feet. Can be used twice per day.

Charm of the Starfish. The user gains the ability to speak with sea creatures for 5 turns and the wearer can commune with any sea creature of an intelligent score of 9. Can be used twice per day.
