Dora the Explorer (5e Sourcebook)
From D&D Wiki
The setting of Dora the Explorer is perfect for Dungeons & Dragons. There are talking animals, trolls, magic items, and an exciting jungle environment.
All it needs is the introduction of D&D medieval staples such as fireballs, demons, poison gas traps, Machiavellian politics and tribes of warring cultist lizardfolk.
