She see a faint outline around the detected chakra source and what school of magic or chakra nature the magical effect was created from, or one that the creature can use if any, can be discerned by her. Transformation (1+ Chakra). Izumi becomes identical to a person, creature or non-magical object she a complete visual image of. This can not be a light source, armor, tool, or vehicle and, and she can not recreate a magical effect. Creatures must make a DC 13 Investigation check realize that she is transformed. If the creature saw her performing the Jutsu, they automatically succeed. This does not change statistics, save for granting the creature's swimming and flying speeds. Body Flicker (3 Chakra). Izumi's movement speed doubles, and her movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Basic Ninjutsu Technique (1 Chakra). At the end of each of its turns, the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a successful save, it's no longer on fire. If the target or a creature within 5 feet of it uses an action to put out the flames, or if some other effect douses the flames (such as the target being submerged in water), it is no longer on fire. Sharingan (1 Chakra). As a bonus action, Izumi gains the following:
REACTIONSSubstitution (3+ Chakra). When Izumi is hit by an attack and would take damage, she decreases the damage by 9 (1d10 + 3) and teleports up to 15 ft. in any direction to an unoccupied space, during which she takes the Hide action. A generic object is left in her place and she takes any remaining damage from that attack. Izumi can add reduce this damage by an additional 6 (1d10) points per chakra point spent over the initial cost. |
Izumi was born the child of Hazuki Uchiha and a non-Uchiha father. When the Nine-Tails attacked the Hidden Leaf Village when she hadn't even enrolled in the Academy, her father died in front of her, both unlocking her sharingan and traumatizing her for the rest of her life. The feeling of guilt, that had she been stronger she could've saved her father, lingered with her for the rest of her life. Like every Kunoichi in their class, Izumi had a crush on Itachi Uchiha, with the wideness of the Uchiha clan preventing any societal faux pas. However, she was the only one to take initiative, talking with him on breaks and walking home with him, ultimately earning his attention. When Itachi was ordered to eliminate the Uchiha clan to prevent their uprising by Danzo Shimura, Izumi was the first to die, with Itachi casting Tsukuyomi on her, allowing her to live a genjutsu of what would have been the entire rest of her life happily. |
