From D&D Wiki
Gillian[edit]
Gargantuan undead (Hollow), unaligned Armor Class 17 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Str +8, Wis +5 Reiryoku. The Gillian has 25 Reiryoku points. Every time they use a reiryoku point it is spent. They recover all Reiryoku points lost at the end of a long rest. Hollow Regeneration. While the Gillian is in the Hueco Mundo plane, it will regain 2 (1d4) hit points at the beggining of every minute that passes. Siege Monster. The Gillian deals twice as much damage to objects and structures. Reiatsu-Empowered Strikes. The Gillian's unarmed strikes are considered magical. ACTIONSMultiattack. The Gillian makes two stomp attacks. Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage. Massive Stomp. The Gillian targets everyone within 20 feet of you with this attack. The Gillian makes a stomp attack roll, all targets which AC is equal to or less than the total for the attack roll are hit. This also applies if it was a critical hit. If the target is hit, they must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from the Gillian. Cero. As an action the Gillian spends 15 Reiryoku, firing off a beam of energy in a 10 foot wide, 120 foot long line. Each creature within that area must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 38 (4d8+20) force damage. On a success, they’re able to use their movement (taking from their next turn’s movement) to avoid the attack, taking half as much damage if they end their movement outside of the area. They can use movement increasing abilities that don’t cost an action or bonus action during this movement, if necessary. If a creature doesn’t have enough movement to avoid the effect, they automatically fail. If a creature has a feature that makes their successes no damage and their failures half as much, they only take no damage on a successful save, while a failed save is always full damage. Garganta. As an action for 10 Reiryoku, the Gillian opens a portal between dimensions around itself, sending it to Hueco Mundo. If it does not move more than 5 feet or lose concentration, it is are transported to any location it can visualize in Hueco Mundo or a random location on the plane, or to the last place it has used Garganta, at the beginning of it's next turn. If the Gillian is already within Heuco Mundo, this portal instead works as if it were the gate spell, except that it cannot pull a creature through the gate.

Gillians are the first and weakest of all Menos, in Human terms they would be considered foot soldiers. Gillians are huge, but they are slow and have beast-like intellect. There are many of them, and they all look alike. Gillians commonly attack in a group, and one is powerful enough to be a challenge for a Lieutenant of the Gotei 13.
The Gillian's reiatsu level is 5.
Invisible Force. The Gillian is considered invisible to creatures without the Spiritual Awareness feature. Spiritual Awareness. The Gillian can see creatures with the Invisible Force feature.
