Weapon (katana), Varies (requires attunement)

A simple, pure black blade with a black, hiltless handle. An attuned creature periodically feels faint whispers of wind while wielding this weapon.

Breeze (Rare).

Lightweight Frame. This katana weighs 2 lbs. and has the finesse and light properties.

Magically Bound. This item cannot be removed from you against your will, unless it is destroyed.

Magic Weapon. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Wind Blade. When you draw this weapon, you can summon 4 blades of air from the top of this weapon's handle. The black blades of air weave around the real blade in a random pattern. When you make a melee attack with this weapon, you can send 1 blade of air at your target and a blade of air at up to 1 other creature within 15 ft of you. Make a ranged attack roll for each blade of air, with disadvantage if you cannot see the blade's target. Blades of air deal 1d4 force damage. Unused blades of air disappear after 1 minute. You can dismiss the remaining blades of air at any time and can use a bonus action to resummon 4 blades of air, provided the katana has no blades of air summoned.

Gale (Very Rare).

Lightweight Frame. This katana weighs 2 lbs. and has the finesse and light properties.

Magic Weapon. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Light Stride. Your movement speed increases by 5 while wielding this weapon.

Wind Blade. When you draw this weapon, you can summon 6 blades of air from the top of this weapon's handle. The black blades of air weave around the real blade in a random pattern. When you make a melee attack with this weapon, you can send 1 blade of air at your target and a blade of air at up to 2 other creatures within 15 ft of you. Make a ranged attack roll for each blade of air, with disadvantage if you cannot see the blade's target. Blades of air deal 2d4 force damage. Unused blades of air disappear after 1 minute. You can dismiss the remaining blades of air at any time and can use a bonus action to resummon 4 blades of air, provided the katana has no blades of air summoned.

Hurricane (Legendary).

Lightweight Frame. This katana weighs 2 lbs. and has the finesse and light properties.

Magically Bound. This item can not be removed from you against your will, unless it is destroyed.

Magic Weapon. You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

Light Stride. Your movement speed increases by 5 while wielding this weapon.

Fleet of Foot. You no longer spend extra movement to move through nonmagical difficult terrain.

Wind Blade. When you draw this weapon, you can summon 8 blades of air from the top of this weapon's handle. The black blades of air weave around the real blade in a random pattern. When you make a melee attack with this weapon, you can send 1 blade of air at your target and a blade of air at up to 3 other creatures within 15 ft of you. Make a ranged attack roll for each blade of air, with disadvantage if you cannot see the blade's target. Blades of air deal 3d4 force damage. Unused blades of air disappear after 1 minute. You can dismiss the remaining blades of air at any time and can use a bonus action to resummon 4 blades of air, provided the katana has no blades of air summoned.
