Eye of the Euryale
5th-level Evocation
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 120ft
Components: V, M (A Bow)
Duration: Instantaneous

You conjure a magical arrow of love and knock it back into your bow before firing it at an unfortunate soul. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range, and on hit, deal 5d6 piercing and 5d6 psychic damage and forces them to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, their attack rolls for the next minute are reduced by 2, and damage dealt to other creatures is also reduced by 2. If the target struck by this arrow is a male, they take an additional 3d10 force damage, increase the DC for the saving throw by 1, and they are also charmed for 1 round.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you increase the damage dealt by this spell by an additional 1d6 for both the psychic and piercing damage per spell level, and further increase the spell DC by an additional 1 per spell slot above 5th level if the targeted creature is a male.
