Weapon (two clubs), Rare (requires attunement) Most famously used by Ruiga of the Janin, these rods naturally resonate with water and Water Style chakra. While wielding both both tonfa, you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls with them, and you gain a +1 bonus to AC. While attuned to and wielding at least 1 tonfa, you know the location of any liquid water within your movement speed. While within 15 feet of a source of liquid water, the cost of all Water Style jutsu is halved, rounded down (minimum 1).
