You shoot three bubbles out of your mouth. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Three bubbles linger in spaces you choose within the cone. A bubble lasts for 1 minute or until it takes any damage, whereupon it bursts. A Medium or smaller creature within 5 feet of a bubble can use an action to fit their head inside it, providing air until the bubble bursts.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
