Choose one corpse that has not decomposed and has all major body parts still attached. During the casting of this spell, you must kill the creature used for the material component. Upon completion, you transfer the blood of the sacrificed creature into the body of the corpse, creating a Blood Thrall. This Blood Thrall is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
Upon creating the Blood thrall, have the creature make a Constitution saving throw, DC is equal to 20 - your proficiency bonus. On a success, the creature recalls one important memory its host body possesed, but any other memories are lost to it. The creature cannot be ressurected upon dying.
