You increase the power of Time Stop. No time passes for other creatures on this plane aside from you, while you take 3d6 + 3 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal.
You may select up to 2 creatures to exclude other than yourself.
You may affect creatures during the Atomic Halt, thought the effects will be delayed until the moment the Halt ends. The spell ends if you move to a different plane.
