I would not recommend using this in any setting that does not involve Epithet Erased, as this is entirely based off of that and most likely would not work as intended outside of that setting.
Wondrous Item (Necklace), Artifact
The Arsene Amulet is a golden pendant with a large, green heart-shaped crystal in the center. The outer shell has cat-like features such as whiskers and ears. The Arsene Amulet is a central artifact in Epithet Erased. It's an ancient necklace that was made with the Epithet of it's creator to steal Epithets from other Inscribed.
Forced Borrowing The amulet allows those who wield it to steal the powers (mostly Epithets) from those with them and use the stolen power for themselves.
Restoration The amulet will return all stolen powers if not worn for 1 day, but the one currently wearing the amulet may choose to return any stolen powers back to the proper owner
Destroying The Arsene Amulet. There is no current way that we know of for destroying the amulet so I assume you can just smash it with another magical item.
