This creature was created as part of the Player Equivalent CR variant rule using the Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) class and Adventurer (5e Background) background, and as such does not follow traditional CR.

Ki. The Alien Soldier has 7 ki points which they can expend. All ki points are regained at the end of a long rest.

Damage Threshold. The Alien Soldier has a damage threshold of 4.

Unique Alien.The Alien Soldier have 3 features from the Rubber Forehead Alien race at GM choice

Techniques. The following DC and Bonus are used for the Alien Soldier Techniques:

  • DC - 14
  • Attack bonus - +6
  • Technique slots - 3

A GM can increase the PECR of this creature to make stronger aliens soldiers, See Universal Techniques, if the Technique Slots increase

ACTIONS

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) force damage.

Flight (1 Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot). As a bonus action, Alien Soldier gains a flying speed equal to it's movement speed for 1 minute.

Sledgehammer (1 Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot). As part of an unarmed strike, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of Alien Soldier's next turn. It may only make one sledgehammer attack per turn.

Ki Blast (1+ Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot). As a bonus action, Alien Soldier's unarmed strikes have their range increased by it's movement speed until the end of their turn. Alien Soldier may spend 1 additional ki point to use this as a free action.

Massive Blow (1+ Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot). When Alien Soldier hit a creature with an unarmed strike, it can use a free action to turn it into a massive hit. They must make a Strength saving throw, or be moved up to the damage dealt in feet, rounded to the nearest 5. On a success, they only move half the distance. They can only move a maximum of 15 feet for every ki point you spend making it a massive hit.

In the case that something is in the targeted creature's way, they must make a Dexterity save, or take half the damage the targeted creature took from the massive hit, stopping them from moving further, unless this drops them to 0 hit points.

Martial Sweep (1 Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot). As part of an unarmed strike, the target must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Alien Soldier may only make one Martial Sweep attack per turn, the DC cannot exceed 18.

Scary Face (1 Ki Point)/(Half Technique slot).As an action, one creature within 30 ft. of the Alien Soldier must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you until the end of their next turn.

REACTIONS

Deflect Missile. When the Alien Soldier is hit by a ranged attack, they may reduce its damage by 11 (1d10 + 6). If this reduces it to 0, he may make an unarmed strike with a range of 20/60 feet.

The generic Alien that protects your city, each planet with its own intelligent race and powers, will always have Soldiers protecting them.

You can freely disregard the levels in Martial Artist and put in any other class of your choice that best fits the description of the race.
