Needle Hex

2nd-level Enchantment
Casting time:	1 action
Range:	120 feet
Components:	A Doll or Fetish with many needles
Duration:	1 minute

Awakening the spirit inside your fetish, it places a curse on one enemy creature of choice within 120 feet. Every time the creature moves, attacks, takes damage, performs any skilled action, or rolls a save it takes 1d4+1 Psychic damage. If the cursed creature dies then the fetish can now place the same curse on another enemy.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher the damage is now 2d4+2 and it maximizes at 4th level dealing 3d4+3 damage a turn.
