See Stal (5e Creature).

A rare form of stalfos, or animated humanoid skeletons, stalmasters are remarkable for the fact they have four arms and three eyes. No creatures with these traits are known to still live, suggesting stalmasters originate from an extinct race of beings. They inherently seem to be masters of a unique art of wielding four blades simultaneously. Like most stalfos, they have an innate detestation for living beings; few can survive in the wake of this monster's ferocious four-sword flurries.

Undead Nature. A stalmaster doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
