Formatting

Syntax can be very difficult, and if you need help a good place to start is Help:Editing on Wikipedia (or even their Introduction page). This will explain basic wiki formatting and should provide quite a few useful links that explain more specific areas of wiki formatting. Help:Portal also provides detailed explanation of information important specifically to this community.

5e Contributions[edit]

Hey there Starless! I've noticed your contributions to 5th edition and hopefully you can forgive me for asking, do you own a 5th edition Player's Handbook?
The reason I ask is that so far your 5e contributions aren't "balanced" within a 5e ideal. The wiki's guidelines are pretty good, and exhaustive! Good luck staying awake lol. I commented on the talk page of one article, and will do so for the others. I hope you see those edits as trying to help too. ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 08:33, 16 January 2019 (MST)

Another note, when creating a new page, could you leave the identifier in parenthesis? i.e. (5e Feat), (5e Race)
This helps users quickly associate game system the article is for. ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 08:49, 16 January 2019 (MST)

OK, I'll try harder. Yes I have The 5e PHB (I own "a share" of it, since we all got our money together to buy it). You liked Smoke Ladder, though? My level 1 Druid spell? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Starless (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts.

Smoked Ladder didn’t alarm me. I found it strange it has a focus of a fire pit. I looked at it to ensure you can’t do anything close to flying and it would serve at best like a rope. Which it didn’t come across as bad so I left it. Good job too. ~ BigShotFancyMan (talk) 16:40, 16 January 2019 (MST)
