Silver Piece. Common trade good (coin), 0.1 gp. A silver piece (sp) is usually a silver coin, but more broadly it can refer to any shape and amount of silver that weighs 10 grams (~0.022 pounds). Ten silver coins are worth one gold coin. Up to a thousand coins only count as one item in your bag. Silver pieces are among the most widely used currencies, alongside gold pieces and copper pieces.
