Hados Known[edit]

The Unseated Shinigami knows 3 of the following Hados:

Actions
Shō. The Unseated Shinigami can spend 1 reiryoku to make a ranged reiryoku attack roll against a creature within 60 feet of them. On a hit, they take 8 (1d6 +5) bludgeoning damage and are pushed 5 feet back. This action doesn't have disadvantage on targets who are prone, even if it normally would.
Byakurai (Index Finger). The Unseated Shinigami can spend 5 reiryoku to make a ranged reiryoku attack roll against a target within 30 feet of them. On a hit, the target takes 11 (2d6 +5) lightning damage. This attack roll cannot have disadvantage due to creatures being within 5 feet of them. The Unseated Shinigami can spend 5 additional reiryoku to add 6 (2d6) to the total lightning damage.
Byakurai (Both Hands). The Unseated Shinigami can spend 5 reiryoku to force all creatures in a 20 foot cone to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 11 (2d6 +5) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much damage.
Tsusuri Raiden. The Unseated Shinigami can spend 8 reiryoku to imbue an object with a surge of eletrical energy. By channeling electricity through their touch, they charge an object. The next creature or object that comes into contact with the charged object takes 19 (4d6 +5) lightning damage.
The Unseated Shinigami can spend up to 10 additional Reiryoku, adding 7 (2d6) to the total damage per 5 Reiryoku spent.
Fushibi. The Unseated Shinigami can spend 10 reiryoku and choose an area or target within 30 feet of them; the target can either be a 5 foot radius centered on a point, or a kido spell they casted. The sphere attaches to the target for 1 minute. If the target is hit by another Kido before the sphere dissipates, or the sphere was attached to a kido spell, it explodes, dealing 13 (3d8) fire damage to all creatures in a 10-foot radius around the sphere.
The Unseated Shinigami can spend up to 10 additional reiryoku when using this kido, adding 4 (1d8) fire damage and increasing the radius of the explosion for 5 feet.
