Uchiha[edit]
Uchiha are near indistinguishable to normal humans. Since they are human, but part of a Clan with rare abilities. Most notable is their Sharingan (Copy Wheel Eye). Uchiha are prone to higher intense emotions. Whether it's sadness, hatred, joy, anger, or love, their beliefs and actions are nearly 85-100% determined by these intense emotions. With very few that can overcome the potential irrationality of their Curse of emotions.
Physical Description[edit]
Full blood Uchiha's are most likely to have extremely darkened hair, usually darkened Blacks, Blues, reds, and Browns.
They do have the ability to change their eye's to their Sharingan, which has 3 main base forms, which consist of 1-3 tomoe(s) in each eye. Rarely ever are the eyes naturally not symmetrical.
Their eye's noticeably intenseness, to those observant.
Full blood Uchihas skin is, pale to a light tan.

Seen as either potentially dangerous to a peaceful world, amazing to the potential of humanity, or "as the people, that are the rock stuck in-between a hard place".)

(About 7/10ths of normal humans know of the Uchiha and know they have powers of sorts. 5/20ths of normal humans know of the Sharingan's base standard powers[3 Tomoe] to a generic understanding of it's prowess. At most, 1/300th of normal humans know all of the base Sharingan's abilities and know of it having higher capabilities.)
(Only some know of these special unique abilities, know to come from the Mangekyō Sharingan, and the change to the Sharingan's pattern. These people are usually close allies, enemies that survived from such, and those that research in biology of species/races/monsters.)
(Other sentient races are 10x less likely to know of their abilities/clan, except Elves and Genasi, which are only 2x less likely to know of their abilities/clan)
In most campaigns with a form of Law Enforcement, Uchiha will choose or be pressured to be legal guards/police/cops/detectives/Secret Service/etc. To a rare point some may stray from the clan/society and become mercenaries.
Uchiha Names[edit]
Male: Nearly anything: Japanese, Chinese, or English that's male.

Uchiha Traits[edit]
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength, and Dexterity scores are increased. Dominant Ability. You choose whether you are dominant in Dexterity or Strength at creation, and can change upon a level up. Your chosen Dominant Ability is increased by 2 and other by 1. Your Constitution max is 18. At level 8, Your Dominant Ability max becomes 22.
Age. Uchiha can live for just over 100 years if not killed or severely injured in battles. Many don't age to death however, since many die in battle or due to injury/sickness. The average age of death is about 65.
Alignment. If given chance, they usually remain some variant of Neutral other than Evil. Otherwise if pressured or mistreated, they will lead a more Lawful or Evil alignment, but most won't publicly show their Evil until a boiling point.
Size. Similar to humans, usually reaching max height as a young adult, Uchiha tend to be 5'0 - 6'6. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet. This increases by 5 feet at 5th level & 12th level. If you class into Monk or similar class that increases speed, you only get a 5ft increase at 5th level. You also have a climb speed of 20ft that is walking up a wall, beam, roof, etc. using your chakra. This increases by 5 feet at 5th level & 12th level.
Taijutsu. You do Your dominant (Strength/Dexterity) modifier + 1 bludgeoning damage when attacking with your unarmed strike or homebrewed attacks similar.
At 3rd level, the damage becomes magical for means to bypass resistances and immunities. The damage becomes your modifier + 1d4 at 5th Level, your modifier + 2d4 at 9th level, and your modifier + 2d6 at 16th level.
Melee attacks with Monk weapons or unarmed strikes do +1 damage. Becoming +2 damage at 5th level, Becoming +3 damage at 11th level, Becoming +4 damage at 16th level.
Shurikenjutsu. You can throw throwing weapons at 3x the distance. Use your Dominant modifier and you can summon Shurikens/Kunai/Needles outside of combat.
[Summoned weapons have their set Throw distance with 3x] Shurikens = 100ft/150ft, Kunai = 120ft/165ft, Needles = 150ft/210ft.
To summon a throwing weapon, It'll cost: [2 copper = 1 Needle] [1 silver = 1d4 Kunai] [2 silver = 1d6 Shuriken]. All doing piercing damage. Summoning time is 5mins X amount being made (can't do during short rest)
When used, immediately Roll 1d20 + Proficiency, if you roll 1-13, the Summoned weapon is broken.
Summoned Weapons can be throw with the attack action, extra attack, and bonus action (Dominant Mod isn't used for bonus action damage).
- At 9th level, you can summon these weapons and make them magical for resistant/immunity purposes, costing 2x the price and time.
- At 12th level, you can make normal thrown weapons magical for resistant/immunity purposes, costing: [4 Gold = 1d4 damage or lower] [8 Gold = 1d6 damage] [12 gold = 1d8 damage] [25 gold = For anything over 1d8 damage]
These normal weapons you do this to take 30mins X Amount being effected, to finish the process. These weapons can't break through use or non-magical means & use the same attacks/actions summoned weapons do.
The school of magic is weaker than normal magic items, and is classed as something outside of all normal schools, similar to a Monk's monk weapons.
Chakra. As an uchiha, you've chosen to become a ninja gaining access to chakra as such you have a pool of chakra that's equal to your level times your Constitution modifier. It will continue to grow as you level up, increasing by five each level.
Sharingan. You have the intsrict blood of the uchiha as such you can awaken your bloodline, you use the sharingan, gain more features of the Sharingan according to the leveling of the subclass.
Uchiha Pride. The uchiha are known for their massive pride. Increase your chakra point total by 2, thereafter, each time you gain a level, increase your chakra point total by 2.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice. You may learn languages at 1/4th the time it would take a normal human, when using your sharingan. If your campaign lacks any form of learning, or getting proficiency in something like language.
For learning a new language you May learn a Standard Language by using 24 hours of free time studying a language, this is halved if you have a NPC/PC helping you learn the language that they know and text of the language.
For an Exotic Language, it'll take 48 hours of free time, or halved if you have a NPC/PC helping you learn the language that they know and text of the language.
-If you don't keep studying the language for 5 days straight, you'll reset the time needed to learn. (unless kidnapped/unconscious for "48 hours or 2 days")
-If you've obtained the Mangekyō Sharingan and have at least an 12 in intelligence, all time is reduced by "25% or 1/4th" [ex: 48 hours sped up with both written text and a NPC/PC helping, to become 24 hours, now is 18 hours]
