When you cast a jutsu using this shinobi gauntlet for 2 chakra, you may replace your Dexterity and Intelligence modifiers with your Strength modifier when calculating its damage, attack rolls, and DC. When cast in this way, if the jutsu targeted multiple creatures, including area of effect jutsu, it instead targets a single creature and its attack roll has advantage or the target has disadvantage on its saving throw.
