Traumatic Teleport (5e Spell)
From D&D Wiki
5th-level Conjuration | |
Casting time: | 1 action |
---|---|
Range: | 120 feet |
Components: | V |
Duration: | Instantaneous |
You attempt to instantly transport a creature within range into a solid object you can see within 120 feet of you that is the large enough to hold the creature. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it partially teleports into the object, and takes 6d10 force damage, and is restrained. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage but is neither teleported or restrained.
A creature restrained by this spell must make a Strength saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If it successfully saves against this spell three times, the spell ends and it breaks free of the restraining object, moving into an unoccupied space within 5 feet of where it was restrained.
