You forsake the past of your present and make possible what was impossible by bringing forth the future that was never supposed to exist by exchanging your present with your past, erasing your present and it’s eminent future. When you use this spell you rewind the time of the entire existence by upto 15 seconds, effectively reversing every single event transpired within this time frame. No other being apart from you is ever aware of this nor does any other being apart from you ever remember the reversed events, including deities and outer gods. Every time you use this spell, roll a d100 after the spell takes effect. You take necrotic damage equal to the number rolled(except for 1 and 100). This damage cannot be reduced or negated in any way. If you roll a 1 or 100, you automatically fail all death saving throws and disintegrate into dust, dying immediately. In the event that you die from this spell's effects, the spell's time-control effects are automatically negated.
At Higher Levels. The total amount of time you can reverse is increased by 15 seconds at 7th level, 14th level and 20th level.
Note: This spell is simply meant to be a roleplaying element. It does not have the practicality to be a proper, functional cantrip. Possible balance can be brought about by acquisition conditions or usage limit conditions or death saving throw penalties. Above all, again, this spell is not supposed to be in a balanced campaign in the first place. Use at your own risk.
