Unremarkable at first glance, a closer inspection reveals that this item is in fact a very poorly conceived forgery: a small golden coin in a denomination that has never been produced. The coin holds 9 charges, and regains 1d6+3 at the end of a long or short rest. When you make a spell attack, you may spend 1 or more charges to roll 1d10, add +1 to the roll for every additional charge used, and change all damage done by the spell to the corresponding type:
