Thought Purge (5e Spell)

You attempt to halt a creature's train of thought. The target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw, taking half as much damage on a successful save. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 psychic damage, has disadvantage on the concentration saving throw caused by this spell's damage, and cannot speak or take reactions until the beginning of its next turn.
This spell has no effect on constructs or creatures with an Intelligence score of 3 or lower.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
