Wondrous item, Artifact

The Infinity Stones! Cosmically powerful items, brought straight to your campaign!

The Stones. There are 6 different Infinity Stones; Power, Space, Reality, Soul, Time, and Mind. These items are designed to be broken, and are only to be used in unbalanced campaigns, or as an experiment on your players as they kill each other to get them. I have tried my best to base the powers of the stones on the powers of the stones in the Marvel comics. Each stone has it's own internal level, and these are specific to the player that uses them. The levels represent the amount of mastery you have over the stone. A stone is obtained at level 1, or if you have multiple, a level equal to the number of stones you have. A stone gains a level based on the DM's discretion, and is usually related to how much you use the stones. Some of the abilities of the stones are rather vague, and the DM decides how these are to be used.

Upon collecting your first stone, you gain an item of your choice to hold the stones, such as a gauntlet, a helmet, a sword, etc. The item used to hold the stones is almost indestructible. If a weapon is used to hold the stones, the weapon is magical. If the item used to hold the stones is lost, a 1 hour ritual can be performed with at least one stone to regain the item, or a new one.

Using the stones in combat: When using the stones in combat, you may, as an action, use one ability from every different stone you own, or, as a bonus action, use two abilities of your choice, from different stones. (Note: The ability of the power stone is treated as a melee attack when using abilities.)

The Power Stone. The Power stone is the stone that controls physical power. Useful for melee attackers.

1st Level - Superhuman Strength: The Power Stone allows you to attack with great force. Double the damage die rolled for an attack using Strength. Strength based attacks also gain +5 to hit.

2nd Level - Super Strength Powers: The strength granted to you by the stone is not just applied in combat. You may jump up to 50ft, your speed increases to 70ft, and your initiative increases by 2.

3rd Level - Greater Power: Your mastery of the Power Stone allows you to hit with even greater force. You Quadruple the damage dice rolled for attacks using Strength. Strength based attacks gain + 10 to hit. This ability replaces Superhuman Strength. Your initiative increases by 2 again.

4th Level - Unlimited Stamina: Your stamina knows no bounds. Your armor Class increases by 3, and you may take 2 turns in a row. Additionally, your Strength and Constitution both increase by 4, and have maximum limits of 24.

5th Level - Colossal Power: Damage dice are octupled from superhuman strength, and Super Strength Powers are extended to 50ft flight. Your attacks always hit. Your initiative increases by 2. This replaces Greater Power.

6th Level - Omnipotence: All attacks you land instantly kill the target.

The Time Stone. The Time Stone gives the user the ability to manipulate time.

1st Level - Time Manipulation: You can manipulate time in order to reset the cooldown of any ability that has a time limit. Once per day. Cannot be used on the cooldown of the abilities of the stones.

2nd Level - Beyond Time: You cannot be aged by normal or magical means, and you do not die of old age.

3rd Level - Time Pulse: You pulse time around you, allowing you to take a number of consecutive turns equal to the level of the time gem. Can be used a number of times per day equal to half the gem's level, rounded down.

4th Level - Time Blast: Target one creature you can see, and roll a d100. That creature ages that many years. Ignores the inability to be aged by magical means. Can only be used once per day per target.

5th Level - Time Surge: Propel yourself backwards in time up to 12 hours in the past. Once per day.

6th Level - Space-Time singularity: You become the center of time. You can take yourself and anyone you can see or touch to any point in spacetime.

The Space Stone. The Space Stone gives the user the ability to travel through space.

1st Level - Superspeed: You can manipulate space to move at great speeds, by wrapping space around yourself. Your Movement speed is doubled, and any check involving Dexterity automatically succeeds. You always go first.

2nd Level - Space manipulation: You can teleport to anywhere you can see or have been.

3rd Level - Spacial Diversion: You can divert attacks directed at you. By creating holographic clones of yourself, all attacks against you have disadvantage. Additionally, you gain 3 AC.

4th Level - Object teleportation: You can summon any object to you that you can see, specifically name or picture.

5th Level - Spacial clones: You can create up to two clones of yourself, anywhere on the plane. They can each take actions, and are identical to you. You see what they see and hear what they hear, and so on.

6th Level - Omnipresence: You can teleport anywhere.

Reality Stone (Red). The reality stone naturally manifests in the form of a liquid, known as the aether, and only stabilizes into its gem form when placed in a container designed to do so. It allows the wielder to alter and move through realities. Possible abilities include moving terrain shifts, transmutation, and creating illusions.

Adverse Effects. A creature that touches the aether will absorb it into its body, and can only be removed by another entity willing to absorb it. Any creature with the aether absorbed acts as though their Constitution score is halved. Additionally, if any attack against the infected creature lands a hit, a brief burst of energy is blasted outwards in a 5-foot radius. Any creature caught in the blast must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 2d4 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Ability Score Increase. Any creature that wields the reality stone increases their Charisma score by 2, to a maximum of 22.

1st Level - Reality Illusion: You are able to create a fake illusion in a 2 mile radius that if entered the entity believes that everything is normal and has disadvantage on any informational checks on its environment.

2nd Level - Matter Conversion: You are able to convert matter to whatever you want. Not able to create or delete matter.

3rd Level - Landscape Warping: You are able to sculpt a landscape into whatever you want. Can not be undone, unless by using the reality stone.

4th Level - Reality Healing: You are able to survive any otherwise fatal attack. You can only be killed by having this stone stolen or otherwise lost.

5th Level - Entity Warping: You are able to change the physical form of any entity you can see in a 120ft radius only nonlethal.

6th Level - Power Over Reality: You have full control over whatever you can see in a 20 mile radius and can bend anything's form to your will.

The Soul Stone. The Soul Stone gives the user the ability to control an entity's soul.

1st Level - Pure Sight: You are able to ask a being a question and they answer truthfully no matter what.

2nd Level - Death Communion: You are able to communicate with the dead that have long since passed. You are able raise the dead for 2 minutes before they return to what they were.

3rd Level - Spiritual Projection: You are able to cast your form and others out of their body and project it anywhere on the plane you are on.

4th Level - Greater Absorb: You are able to absorb any being with a soul into the stone. They do not die, do not need food, water etc. They are trapped in time in the soul stone till they are let out.

5th Level - Resurrection: You are able to resurrect anyone that has been dead for less than a week.

6th Level - The Soul

The Mind Stone. The Soul Stone gives the user the ability to control an entity's Mind.

4th Level -

5th Level -

6th Level -

All Stones. Very few creatures have had all 6 Infinity Stones in one place at the same time let alone be able to use them all at the same time. The wielder of all 6 shall become unstoppable.

Adverse Effects. If a creature wielding all 6 Stones does not have a proper container to store all the stones (Like an Infinity Gauntlet or similar), they must a DC 30 Constitution saving throw, being erased from existence on a failed save and instantly dying on a successful one. Creatures erased from existence because of this effect cannot be brought back (unless with a Time Stone or All Stones) and creatures dying because of this effect cannot be brought back to life (unless with a wish spell or stronger).

Ability Score Increase. Any creature that wields all 6 stones increases their Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores by 5, to a maximum of 30. Powers

Six Stones. The wielder of all 6 stones can basically do whatever they wish to, whether it be wiping out half of all life with a single snap (excluding yourself), turning someone's bones into water and rendering them immobile, grant immortality, revive someone who is between both being dead and alive, usurp the gods with the wave of your hand, permanently charm someone to your side, etc., and without really any limit to how far you can go.
