Please ask before you change something. That is all. I am of course up for constructive criticism. This class was intended to adhere to the series as closely as possible, so please keep that in mind.--Yanied (talk) 19:46, 16 March 2018 (MDT)

Hello, awesome work with YoRHa troop. But i have a few questions and notice something. "Skills: Choose three from Acrobatics, Investigation, Insight, Persuasion, Perception and Stealth" what's the point of choosing Acrobatics if you have "You also gain proficiency in Athletics and Acrobatics checks." in Vault skill. --Blackteo (talk) 19:58, 5 September 2018 (GMT)

Oh, I'll just add the doubling clause --Yanied (talk) 20:42, 8 September 2018 (MDT)

Also, what YoRHa Troop Specialization Feature player taking on level 9? There isnt any skills in any specialization on this level. Looking at the table, player must get 6 YoRHa Troop Specialization Features, but they only getting 5 of them. --Blackteo (talk) 21:50, 14 December 2018 (GMT)

Oh, thanks for pointing that out. I'll get to work on that.--Yanied (talk) 20:36, 14 December 2018 (MST)

Happy to help, actually i still have some questions. How do u calculate Pod stats? Like hp and stuff, or u just using ur other work https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Pod_(5e_Creature)? --Blackteo (talk) 20:48, 17 December 2018 (GMT)

Yeah, it's linked to that page for that reason.--Yanied (talk) 11:56, 17 December 2018 (MST)

Healer model: Rescue and Self Empowered, do they have a number of times you can use them? Same for Machinist Model: Emergency Maintenance --Blackteo (talk) 22:37, 20 December 2018 (GMT)

They are at will, so no.--Yanied (talk) 22:20, 20 December 2018 (MST)

So about Pod defense, if someone attacks the Pod with 14 AC, he can just freely damage a player who for example has high AC, right? I mean player uses his reaction to take dmg for pod --Blackteo (talk) 0:20, 15 February 2019 (GMT)

Oh that's a good point. But yes, you automatically take damage for your pod without calculating AC since it's a synergy thing. It's meant to be like you absorb the shock of whatever attacks your pod would have taken or dodged.--Yanied (talk) 20:32, 14 February 2019 (MST)
I understand that concept, just trying to think how can you avoid this issue --Blackteo (talk) 16:01, 15 February 2019 (GMT)
Well it's meant to be a way to stop someone from repeatedly taking hits for the pod but having the attacks need to roll against them. If you have a feature or something from, say, another class that allows you to negate damage, that could work. there's also always magical items and whatnot.--Yanied (talk) 06:30, 15 February 2019 (MST)
I see. Also in Attacker model there is R050 Spear what has no limits on use, even if its only against Constructs, skill seems pretty OP. Paralyze and 3d10 lightning damage. --Blackteo (talk) 18:28, 15 February 2019 (GMT)
Fair enough. It will now be according to your strength mod--Yanied (talk) 08:56, 15 February 2019 (MST)

For R010:Laser, should the effect be made a line attack with the enemy making a dex save for half damage instead of a single-target attack, in order to line up with the laser from NieR: Automata?--SpoopyTiger (talk) 15:15, 24 July 2019 (GMT-5)

That is possible but would require a nerf to some other qualities. Changes will be made accordingly.--Yanied (talk) 21:07, 24 July 2019 (MDT)

Way only heavy armor?[edit]

I feel like this class benefit from having medium armor proficiency this would allow build diversity. Only having access to heavy armor you are force to put a decant amount of points into strength to have a decant AC and can you add armor choices for starting equipment.

Oh, that is a bit weird. Generally if you have proficiency in heavy armor you have proficiency with the rest. No vanilla 5e class only has proficiency in medium or heavy, they always have the ones before. Works the same with the proficiency feats. Good catch. --SwankyPants (talk) 11:48, 16 January 2021 (MST)
