Rogues don't have spellcasting..?[edit]

- You can just write in the same section y'know. Anyways, this had rogue in the subtitle thing, and people are prone to screwing up syntax/tags/templates. On several occasions I've fixed races made by different people that just remove the syntax bits for no apparent reason. So, I just went with what the page itself said.
