Well, I can’t say so much when there’s only like 5 features, but that’s just how it is right now. Seer Eyes might be a bit too strong for it’s level(low cost for complete ignorance of illusions), and could maybe benefit from gaining more options at higher levels, but most of the stuff seems fine. For future reference, level is always written as Xth level, and you should say how things scale(rotting touch seems like it scales to 1d4 + 1d12). Just a few things I noticed on a cursory glance.
