• The power levels warrant something like LA. The fact it doesn't have the tag it is misleading. It should also be higher than +1
• There is a use of percentages, which are less for abilities like this and more for specific tables in 3.Xe
• Clothes (cloth) are normally defined as armor, with a +0 bonus, so these guys cannot wear clothes then. A +1 to AC just shouldn’t be done outside of racial progressions as a base race.
• Everyone proficient with simple weapons is proficient in unarmed strikes, but that doesn’t bypass improved unarmed strike {this caused original printing of monk to be not proficient in unarmed}{Also is granted by the type monstrous humanoid}
• the height table seems wrong
• This page seems to misinterpret regeneration as fast healing. It is more to keep you from dying, as it reattaches limbs and stuff as an (EX) ability. Fast healing gives more HP faster.
• 3.5e doesn’t have short rests, those were added in 4e
• Wisdom saving throws are a 5e thing.
• Penalties to the scores should have a duration unless an attached class has it.
