19-20 x4 crit is a little much for any weapon... Especially one that actually deals respectable damage. --Aarnott 10:27, 17 June 2009 (MDT)
- Actually this weapon is in Monster Manual V. It's carried by a Greathorn Minotaur and it deals the 1d12 damage with a 19-20 x4 critical and the damage is both Bludgeoning and Peircing. The weapon is discussed in the creature's desrciption. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.43.254.80 (talk • contribs) . Please sign your posts.
- I assume it deals 1d12 damage at large size right? I certainly hope not medium size... Even then 1d10/19-20x4 seems silly. --Aarnott 11:10, 17 June 2009 (MDT)
- That Greathammer is apparently a typo, it appears elsewhere with a far more reasonable 20/x4. I dare not see a DM who allows it otherwise. -- Eiji 11:19, 17 June 2009 (MDT)
- This was not intended to be the same as what's in the MM?. I believe there is also a goliath greathammer in Races of Stone with similar stats. This weapon is meant to be a two-handed version of the standard warhammer. The greathammers in the source books are both exotic weapons. I'll change the name to something else. —Sledged (talk) 11:59, 17 June 2009 (MDT)
