Design Note: This spell makes projections that are controllable through the command projection spell.

Summon Projection
Conjuration cantrip
Casting time: 1 Bonus Action
Range: 30 feet
Components: V, S
Duration: Up to 5 minutes

You manifest a projection of one weapon you have analyzed in an unoccupied space within 30ft of you. The Tier of the projection summoned is equal to the spell slot used. The projection remains fixed in position and does not move unless commanded. Summoned Projections have 10 AC and have hit points equal to their maximum damage dice (1d4 = 4HP). If a projection takes or deals damage, reduce its hit points by that amount.

Your projections cannot be wielded by anyone other than yourself and last for 5 minutes or until it is destroyed. Projections do not count as creatures and automatically succeed on any mental saving throws. Enemies may move through their spaces but may not end their turn in their space.

Weapons that use d4-d6 appear under 1st level spell slots, d8-d10 under 2nd level spell slots, d12 or minorly magical weapons under 3rd level spell slots, uniquely powerful or strongly magical weapons under 4th level spell slots, and legendary weapons under 5th level spell slots. Such "Projection Spells" do not count against your total spells known.
