Stop
10th-level Enchantment (ritual)
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (1/2 ounce of the primary casters blood which cannot be replaced with a spellcasting focus or component pouch)
Duration: Up to 1 hour
Casters: 3+


Choose any number of creatures within range. They all must make a Wisdom save against the primary casters spell save DC. The save is made with disadvantage if there are no more than three more targets than casters.If there were at least one target succeeding the save then the spell has no effect. If this spell succeeds then all creatures are stopped in time for the duration, they cant take actions, move, reactions, bonus actions, free actions, legendary or mythic actions. It also stops to think for the duration. This makes them fail all Saves its Ac is considered 0, but the effects of any spells cast or hits delivered will effect them after thier time is resumed.
